Rivers

Rivers may twist
curve along differing paths

traveling along at different paces

Some rushing, and then nearly still
Others, a steady flow, volume varied.

Falling from great insurmountable heights

Or following a level plane.
A course, a power, directed, redirected.
In regards to these divergent rivers

Though they might turn apart

Drawn away from one another

They always, always return together
Given unto the same place
The endless deep
Of gathered water.
